It acts primarily in collaboration with local authorities or other cooperation organizations.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>More specifically, COMED&#8217;s aims are as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Contribute to the implementation of mobility, energy and environmental management projects in countries with which COMED is likely to collaborate.<\/li><li>Bringing together and coordinating contributions from Swiss and foreign players representing academic, political and industrial entities active in development cooperation and support.<\/li><li>Raise funds or mobilize resources to carry out projects it leads or is associated with<\/li><li>Regularly and comprehensively inform economic, scientific, industrial and other partners who contribute to the projects it runs or to which it is associated.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb6cd1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb6cd1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art. 7 Resources<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-791aa00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"791aa00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>COMED&#8217;s resources come from ;<\/p><ul><li>Financial contributions from essentially public or private entities that support projects implemented or to be implemented within the framework of the association.<\/li><li>Proceeds from industrial or economic activities managed or co-managed by COMED in accordance with Article 4 of the Articles of Association.<\/li><li>Membership fees, if the General Assembly decides to use this method of financing<\/li><li>Donations, bequests or other sources of income<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-551dac7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"551dac7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Art. 13 Bodies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-411d996 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"411d996\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The bodies of the &#8221;
